Privacy Policy

AdFix is built around a simple principle: your browsing is your business. This policy explains exactly what we do and don't collect.

What we don't collect

AdFix does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your browsing history or the URLs you visit
• The content of any web pages you view
• Any personally identifiable information
• Search queries or form inputs
• Your IP address or location

What we do collect

The only data AdFix handles is the minimum required to operate the Pro subscription:

• Email address and payment information — collected by Stripe when you subscribe to AdFix Pro. We never see your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to this data.
• Stripe Customer ID — stored locally in your browser to verify your Pro subscription status. This is never sent anywhere except to our backend to check if your subscription is active.

Local storage

AdFix stores the following data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API:

• Whether AdFix is enabled or disabled
• Whether you have an active Pro subscription
• Your daily ad blocked/skipped counters
• Your Stripe Customer ID (Pro users only)

This data never leaves your device except for the Stripe Customer ID which is sent to our backend solely to verify subscription status.

Our backend server

AdFix runs a backend server on Render solely to process Stripe payments and verify subscription status. This server does not log your browsing activity, IP address, or any personal data beyond what Stripe provides for subscription management.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing for AdFix Pro. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — used on this website for typography.

Children's privacy

AdFix is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
